Last night....I had an amazing dream. In this dream, I was part of a crew filming a movie. This masterpiece of theater was called--I kid you not--Transformers: The Musical.

...Yeah. Even in my dream I kept saying, "This is the stupidest idea I've ever heard," and just before I woke up, I was trying to figure out how to take my name off the crew list. XD

I will assume that Starscream had a starring solo.

Day 15

In your own space, share a favorite memory about fandom: the first time you got into fandom, the last time a fanwork touched your heart, crazy times with fellow fans (whether on-line or off-line), a lovely comment you’ve received or have left for someone.


This is sort of cheating, because it isn't so much about fandom as Transformers in general. Even so, my favorite memories involving the franchise as a whole involve my friend SB, who is really responsible for getting me into the Giant rob0ts in the first place. We spent a good long time on my couch watching almost every TF series beginning to end: Beast Wars first, then G1, then Armada, then TF: Animated, then even Energon (ow my brain). We went to see the 2007 movie six times in the theater and played the soundtracks endlessly on repeat. We were complete and total dorks and loved every single moment of it.

SB lives a glamorous life of travel and adventure right now, so we can't watch together anymore, but I still call her to rehash the latest episodes of TF: Prime. ♥
